Product Overview

XZ60098 is a 0.75mm PVC synthetic leather developed for bag and luggage manufacturing. It combines a high gloss crocodile embossed surface with cotton velvet backing and a 140cm material width.

The relatively lightweight 0.75mm construction provides flexibility for cutting, stitching, folding and assembly during handbag, wallet, luggage and fashion accessory production.

XZ60098 is PVC synthetic leather designed to reproduce a crocodile-inspired decorative texture. It is not genuine crocodile leather.

High Gloss Crocodile Embossed Surface

XZ60098 features a recognizable crocodile-inspired pattern formed through surface embossing.

The raised scale blocks and recessed boundaries create a dimensional reptile-style texture, while the high gloss finish increases reflected highlights across the embossed surface.

Compared with conventional litchi, pebble or fine-grain PVC leather, the crocodile texture provides a much stronger decorative identity for fashion handbags and accessories.

Within Xiangze Leather’s crocodile-pattern range, XZ60098 is particularly differentiated by its 0.75mm thickness, high gloss surface and cotton velvet backing.

Cotton Velvet Backing

XZ60098 uses cotton velvet backing to provide textile support as part of the material construction.

The backing works with the 0.75mm PVC construction to support cutting, sewing, folding and assembly for handbags, luggage and other fashion accessories.
