Product Overview

XZ73476 is a 0.6mm PVC synthetic leather developed for motorcycle seat, saddle and scooter upholstery. It combines a fine pebble grain surface with white single-sided fabric backing, providing a lightweight and flexible textile-supported construction for cutting, sewing and seat-cover processing.

The compact pebble texture gives the surface more visible character than conventional fine grain while remaining subtler than larger pebble or litchi patterns.

Fine Pebble Grain Surface

XZ73476 features small, closely distributed pebble-like textures designed to create a refined leather-inspired appearance.

Compared with a standard Pebble Grain, the smaller grain scale produces a cleaner visual effect while still retaining clearly visible surface texture. This makes the material suitable for motorcycle and scooter seat designs where a balanced combination of texture and understated appearance is preferred.

Different colors can be selected according to approved customer references. Physical samples are recommended for confirming grain scale, color, gloss and hand feel before bulk production.

White Single-Sided Fabric Backing

XZ73476 uses a white single-sided fabric backing to provide textile support during cutting, sewing and upholstery processing.

Unlike four-way stretch constructions, this backing provides a more stable textile-supported structure where multidirectional stretch is not the main requirement.
