XZ73556 features a repeating zigzag pattern with a strong directional surface structure. The angled lines create a more dynamic and sporty appearance than conventional pebble or plain motorcycle seat leather, making the material particularly suitable for customized motorcycles, scooters and sport-style saddles.

The pattern can be used across the full seat or positioned on center panels and grip zones together with plain, perforated or fine-grain leather.

Different colors, gloss levels and pattern depths can be customized according to the finished seat design.

0.8mm PVC with Terry Fabric Backing

The 0.8mm construction provides enough body to maintain the zigzag texture while remaining flexible for curved motorcycle seat foam, stitched transitions and wrapped edges.

The terry fabric backing provides textile support during cutting, sewing and saddle installation. It helps the material follow shaped seat structures while maintaining controlled handling around curves and seams.

Backing density, stretch and flexibility can be adjusted according to different seat shapes and production processes.

XZ73556 is suitable for motorcycle seats, scooter seats, sport-bike saddles, custom seat covers and decorative center panels.

Its waterproof, anti-slip and tear-resistant construction is suitable for seating exposed to rain, rider movement, repeated tension and everyday friction. Additional properties such as abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, UV resistance, heat resistance and weather resistance can also be customized according to different target markets.

Material Matching for Custom Saddle Projects

XZ73556 is particularly suitable for seat designs where a strong directional texture and sporty surface appearance are required.

For sport motorcycles and custom scooters, the zigzag surface can be used on seat center panels to create visual movement and additional grip. For full-seat wrapping, pattern direction and backing flexibility can be adjusted according to the saddle geometry.
