XZ73028 1.2mm Fine Grain PVC Leather for Furniture Upholstery

Product Overview

XZ73028 is a 1.2mm PVC synthetic leather designed for furniture upholstery. It combines a fine grain surface with cotton velvet backing and a 140cm material width.

The balanced 1.2mm construction provides sufficient body for upholstered furniture while maintaining flexibility for cutting, stitching and wrapping around furniture components.

Fine Grain Surface

XZ73028 features a fine leather-inspired grain with a relatively small and uniform surface texture.

Compared with coarse pebble, deep litchi or irregular wrinkle patterns, the finer grain creates a cleaner and more restrained appearance suitable for chairs, benches, headboards and other upholstered furniture.

Custom colors can be developed according to furniture project requirements. Physical samples are recommended for confirming grain scale, color and hand feel before bulk production.

Cotton Velvet Backing

XZ73028 uses cotton velvet backing to provide textile support and flexibility during furniture manufacturing.

The backing works with the 1.2mm construction to support cutting, sewing and wrapping for chairs, benches, headboards and other furniture upholstery applications.
