Product Overview

XZ73668 is a 1.2mm PVC synthetic leather developed for furniture upholstery applications. It combines a fine grain textured surface with double-needle brushed fabric backing and a 140cm material width.

The 1.2mm construction provides sufficient body for upholstered furniture while maintaining flexibility for cutting, stitching and wrapping during manufacturing.

Its combination of fine surface texture and double-needle brushed backing makes XZ73668 suitable for a range of furniture components beyond conventional sofa upholstery.

Fine Grain Textured Surface

XZ73668 features a delicate fine grain designed to reproduce a clean leather-inspired surface appearance.

Compared with coarse pebble, deep litchi or irregular distressed textures, the finer grain creates a more restrained and uniform appearance across larger furniture panels.

The subtle texture makes the material suitable for modern chairs, benches, headboards and other upholstered furniture where a cleaner surface design is preferred.

Double-Needle Brushed Fabric Backing

XZ73668 uses double-needle brushed fabric backing as the textile supporting layer beneath the PVC surface.

The backing works with the 1.2mm construction to provide flexibility and support during cutting, stitching and wrapping around furniture components.

This construction provides a different option from PVC leather using mesh, terry, knitted or microfiber backing and can be evaluated according to the intended furniture structure and manufacturing process.
