Product Overview

XZ73675 is a 0.9mm PVC synthetic leather developed for sofa and furniture upholstery. It combines a fine ribbed surface, matte appearance and cotton velvet backing with a 140cm material width.

The relatively fine and uniform surface texture gives this material a more textile-inspired appearance than conventional pebble, litchi or wrinkle grain PVC leather.

Its combination of fine linear texture, matte surface and cotton velvet backing provides the main differentiation for XZ73675 within our sofa upholstery leather range.

Fine Ribbed Woven Texture

XZ73675 features a uniform micro-ribbed texture created by fine linear embossing.

The closely spaced lines form a subtle woven-style appearance rather than a conventional leather pebble pattern. This gives the material a clean and contemporary surface suitable for modern sofa and furniture designs.

Compared with coarse grain or deeply embossed PVC leather, the fine ribbed texture is visually more restrained and consistent across larger upholstered areas.

The matte surface further reduces excessive gloss and helps emphasize the fine linear texture.

Different colors can be developed according to furniture collection and interior design requirements. Physical samples are recommended for confirming the actual rib scale, color, surface appearance and hand feel before bulk production.

Cotton Velvet Backing

XZ73675 uses cotton velvet backing as the textile supporting layer beneath the PVC surface.

Combined with the 0.9mm material construction, the backing supports cutting, stitching and wrapping during sofa and furniture upholstery production.

This backing provides a different structural option from PVC leather using toweling, mesh, knitted or brushed fabric backing and can be evaluated according to the required furniture structure and upholstery method.
