Product Overview

XZ60028 is a 1.0mm PVC synthetic leather developed for sofa and furniture upholstery. It combines an oil wax effect surface with toweling backing and a 140cm material width.

The 1.0mm construction provides a balanced material body for upholstery while maintaining flexibility for cutting, stitching and wrapping around cushioned furniture components.

Its main visual characteristic is the oil-wax style surface, which provides more tonal depth and variation than conventional uniform fine grain or pebble grain PVC leather.

Oil Wax Effect Surface

XZ60028 features an oil wax effect designed to create a richer and more naturally varied leather-inspired appearance.

Instead of a completely uniform surface tone, the material displays subtle tonal variation that gives sofas and upholstered furniture greater visual depth.

Compared with standard fine grain, litchi grain or regular pebble textures, the oil wax effect provides a more distinctive vintage-style character suitable for furniture collections requiring a warmer and less uniform surface appearance.

Different colors can be developed according to furniture collection and interior design requirements. Physical samples are recommended for confirming the actual oil wax effect, color variation, grain appearance and hand feel before bulk production.

Toweling Backing

XZ60028 uses toweling backing as the textile supporting layer beneath the PVC surface.

The backing works with the 1.0mm construction to support cutting, stitching and wrapping during sofa and furniture upholstery manufacturing.

Toweling backing provides a different construction option from knitted, mesh, brushed or microfiber-backed PVC leather and can be evaluated according to the required furniture structure and processing method.
