Product Overview

XZ73600 is a 1.0mm PVC synthetic leather designed for sofa and furniture upholstery. It combines a fine wrinkle grain surface with cotton velvet backing and a 140cm material width.

The balanced construction provides sufficient body for upholstery while maintaining flexibility for cutting, stitching and wrapping around cushioned furniture components.

Fine Wrinkle Grain Surface

XZ73600 features a fine irregular wrinkle texture inspired by the natural surface variation of leather.

Compared with uniform fine grain or regular pebble textures, the smaller wrinkle pattern creates a less repetitive appearance while maintaining a relatively refined surface suitable for sofas, recliners and lounge furniture.

Custom colors can be developed according to project requirements. Physical samples are recommended for confirming grain scale, color and hand feel before bulk production.

Cotton Velvet Backing

XZ73600 uses cotton velvet backing to provide textile support and flexibility during furniture manufacturing.

The backing works with the 1.0mm construction to support cutting, sewing and wrapping for sofa upholstery and other furniture applications.
