XZ73449 1.1mm Litchi Grain PVC Leather for Sofa Upholstery

Product Overview

XZ73449 is a 1.1mm PVC synthetic leather designed for sofa and furniture upholstery. It combines a classic litchi grain surface with soft faux cashmere backing and a 140cm material width.

The balanced construction provides enough body for common upholstery applications while maintaining flexibility for cutting, sewing and wrapping around cushioned furniture components.

Litchi Grain Surface

XZ73449 features an irregular litchi-style texture inspired by natural leather.

The pronounced but balanced grain provides more visible surface character than fine-grain materials, making it suitable for sofas, couches, recliners and lounge furniture where a traditional leather-inspired appearance is preferred.

Custom colors can be developed according to furniture design requirements. Physical samples are recommended for confirming grain scale, color and hand feel before bulk production.

Faux Cashmere Backing

XZ73449 uses faux cashmere backing to provide a soft textile base and additional flexibility during upholstery manufacturing.

The backing works with the 1.1mm construction to support cutting, stitching and wrapping for sofa and furniture applications.
