Product Overview

XZ60059 is a 0.7mm PVC synthetic leather designed for sofa and furniture upholstery. It combines a fine pebble grain surface with TC elastic stretch fabric backing and a 140cm material width.

The relatively lightweight and flexible construction makes it suitable for upholstered furniture components that require easy cutting, sewing and wrapping.

Fine Pebble Grain Surface

XZ60059 features a refined pebble grain with smaller and more closely spaced surface texture than conventional coarse pebble leather.

The subtle leather-inspired appearance works well with both modern and traditional sofa designs and provides more visible surface character than very fine or smooth synthetic leather.

Custom colors can be developed according to furniture project requirements. Physical samples are recommended for confirming grain scale, color and hand feel before bulk production.

TC Elastic Stretch Fabric Backing

XZ60059 uses a TC elastic textile backing that provides flexibility for furniture upholstery processing.

The stretch-supported construction is suitable for cutting, stitching and wrapping around upholstered furniture components, including curved and cushioned sections.
