XZ73001 1.0mm Vintage Grain PVC Leather for Furniture Upholstery

Product Overview

XZ73001 is a 1.0mm PVC synthetic leather designed for furniture upholstery. It combines a vintage grain surface with an oil-wax visual effect, toweling backing and a 140cm material width.

The balanced construction provides sufficient body for furniture upholstery while maintaining flexibility for cutting, stitching and wrapping around upholstered components.

Vintage Oil-Wax Grain Surface

XZ73001 features a vintage-inspired grain with an oil-wax surface effect.

Compared with conventional uniform fine grain or regular pebble textures, the surface provides subtle tonal variation and a more aged leather-inspired appearance, giving furniture additional visual depth.

Custom colors can be developed according to furniture project requirements. Physical samples are recommended for confirming grain appearance, color variation and hand feel before bulk production.

Toweling Backing

XZ73001 uses toweling backing to provide textile support and flexibility during furniture manufacturing.

The backing works with the 1.0mm construction to support cutting, sewing and wrapping for chairs, sofas, benches and other upholstered furniture applications.
