0.8mm PVC with Terry Fabric Backing

The 0.8mm PVC construction provides enough material body to maintain the liquid marble surface effect while remaining flexible for curved motorcycle seat structures.

The terry fabric backing provides textile support during cutting, sewing and wrapping around shaped foam saddles. It helps the material remain manageable around seat edges, stitched transitions and curved sections while avoiding unnecessary bulk.

Backing density, weight and stretch can be adjusted according to the saddle shape and upholstery process.

Waterproof and Heat-Resistant Motorcycle Seat Material

XZ73640 is suitable for motorcycle seats, scooter seats, custom saddles, street-bike seats and decorative seat panels.

Its waterproof, heat-resistant and tear-resistant construction makes it suitable for motorcycle upholstery exposed to rain, sunlight, rider movement and repeated tension over shaped foam. Additional properties such as abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, UV resistance, moisture resistance and color stability can also be customized according to different market requirements.

The liquid marble surface can be used across the complete saddle or combined with plain black, perforated or fine-grain motorcycle leather to create contrast panels.
