DE90 Fine Pebble Grain for Clean Automotive Styling

XZ60004 features a DE90 fine pebble grain with a small, evenly distributed texture across the surface. Compared with larger litchi grains or strongly embossed patterns, the finer pebble structure creates a more restrained and consistent appearance across car seat panels.

The matte surface can be produced in black, grey, brown, beige and other automotive interior colors, making the material suitable for both neutral OEM-style interiors and custom seat-cover projects.

0.65mm Construction with Terry Fabric Backing

The 0.65mm construction gives XZ60004 a relatively lightweight and flexible profile for automotive upholstery. This is particularly useful around curved seat sections, headrests, armrests and sewn panel transitions where excessive material thickness can create bulky seams or make edge wrapping more difficult.

The terry fabric backing provides textile support beneath the PVC surface while maintaining enough flexibility for cutting, sewing and wrapping. For seat projects, backing density, stretch behavior and overall flexibility can be matched according to panel geometry and the customer’s upholstery process. XZ60004 is suitable for car seat cushions, backrests, seat covers, headrests, armrests, door panels and selected automotive interior trim.

These areas may require different combinations of surface durability, seam performance and forming behavior. Depending on the finished component and vehicle program, requirements such as abrasion resistance, tear strength, seam strength, rubbing color fastness, cold flexibility and backing stability can be matched to the customer’s validation standard rather than treated as one fixed specification.
