Perforated Z1127 Litchi Grain for Automotive Seats

XZ60109 features a Z1127 litchi grain combined with a perforated surface, creating a more detailed automotive upholstery appearance than standard solid-grain PVC leather.

The litchi texture provides a recognizable leather-like surface, while the perforation adds visual contrast and makes the material particularly suitable for seat center panels, backrests and other areas where buyers want a more differentiated interior design.

Hole size, perforation spacing, surface color and grain appearance can be adjusted according to different seat programs.

1.2mm Construction with Imitation Cotton Fleece Backing

The 1.2mm construction gives XZ60109 more body than lightweight wrapping grades, making it suitable for larger seat surfaces where a fuller upholstery structure is preferred.

The imitation cotton fleece backing adds a soft textile-supported layer beneath the PVC surface, helping the material maintain a more substantial hand feel while remaining practical for cutting, sewing and upholstery installation.

For seat cushions and backrests, the combination of greater material thickness and soft backing helps create a more stable finished panel, while backing density and stretch behavior can be matched according to the seat shape and sewing process.

Car Seat Applications and Performance Requirements

XZ60109 is suitable for car seat center panels, seat cushions, backrests, side sections, headrests and selected armrest upholstery.

Because perforated seat materials contain repeated holes across the surface, sewing position and perforation layout need to be considered during panel cutting so stitch lines do not run too close to perforated areas.

For automotive projects, requirements such as abrasion resistance, tear strength, seam strength, perforation stability, heat aging, color stability and backing adhesion can be matched according to the customer’s finished-seat standard.
